Since 2008, we’ve been known for our Crossfit programs. Our organization began as a training mechanism for individuals who wanted competition and training at a high level; however, over the past few years, we have had more members sharing our praises to their family and friends. Thus, in 2017, we designed additional programming to incorporate the entire community, focused on building strength and confidence one individual at a time.
Newport Fitness encompasses all things fitness. No matter your skill level, fitness level or mindset, we have a program that will fit your needs, desires and goals! Additionally, we thrive on creating a community of support, which is why we host fundraisers, special workouts to honor family, friends and military, organizational events like Keeneland the Member Appreciation Party, the Central East Region’s largest CrossFit competitions and more!
Newport Fitness offers a variety of programs and class types to fit any individual between 4 – 100 years of age. Our programs include:

Member AppreciationParty – we celebrate our members, their families & accomplishments
Keeneland Bus Trip – each October we rent a bus, eat / drink and enjoy a trip to Keeneland Race Track
Cupid Undie Run – many of our athletes participate in this Cincy-based event to raise funds for the Children’s Tumor Foundation
MayWODfest – a friendly competition to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma’s Woman of the Year
Specialty WODS for our Fallen Heroes & Special Occasions – Memorial Day (Murph), President’s Day, Labor Day, Halloween WOD
Conveniently located in Newport, Kentucky and less than one mile from Downtown Cincinnati, our facility is the largest fitness training center in the tri-state area – showcasing approximately 11,000 square feet of space. Our amenities currently include:
Three multipurpose rooms
A wide range of fitness equipment (barbells, dumbbells, six ropes (two at 15’ height), three-pull up rigs, Assault bikes, rowing machines, GHD machines, 20”/24” boxes, wall balls (ranging from 4 lb – 30 lb), kettle bells, and more)
Two full-shower facilities, four bathrooms
