Em’s Get Fit 8 Week Challenge
It’s that time of year again—summer is on its way! And, with it brings the moment you try on your summer clothes, swimsuit and all. That moment can either be a dreadful reminder of what you did (or didn’t do!) over the past year, or it can be an amazing reward for the hard word you’ve put in to achieving a healthy body. If you’re looking to shed some winter weight or learn new workouts to incorporate into your routine, Em’s Get Fit 8 Week Weight Loss Challenge is EXACTLY what you need. Designed for novices and athletes alike, this weight loss program comes with all the benefits of a traditional CrossFit course without the intimidation of barbells and giant ropes.
Getting in shape can be overwhelming, that’s why our FitCamp members learn and exercise together in groups. Newport Fitness is about more than fitness alone. It’s about building community. Along with working towards weight loss goals, you will learn how to have fun while building the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. Our community will be with you every step of your journey and will celebrate each accomplishment you reach, no matter how big or small.
I’m nervous, what should I expect? Starting any new workout routine can be intimidating, but our team at Newport Fitness makes getting in shape fun, and dare we say it—addicting. Members enjoy their community classes inside our intimidation-free facility. During our 8-week course, you’ll have a personal health coach who gives you the guidance and motivation you need to see effective and long-lasting results. Not only will you learn about fitness and movement, our coaches will also help you design an 8-week meal plan. These meal plans will help you maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle long after you finish the weight loss challenge.
Participants get unlimited access to FitCamp and Beginner CrossFit throughout the 8-week challenge. Our FitCamp focuses on sculpting the body through mixing cardiovascular exercises with resistance training and non-evasive weight lifting. The 8 week weight loss challenge is a great way to get a jumpstart on your goals for a healthy summer (and life!).
FitCamp is designed to give you the tools you need to live a healthy lifestyle all year long. You’ll work one on one with one of our trainers to specify your individual health goals, learn new healthy recipes, and—did we mention that you’ll have the opportunity to win $1,000?!
