We incorporate the CrossFit Philosophy of a total body workout that empowers you through a community of people and trainers. However, we took out the barbells, gymnastic rings, ropes and the young athlete studs that make this environment intimidating. This program is for ANYONE – all ages 11 and up, all abilities, all sizes, all genders welcome!
