Newport Fitness is the home of several personal training studios. We work with some of the best trainers in the area to offer you a variety of customized personal training.

Megan McDonald, M_Pire Fitness

Megan’s drive is to inspire the desire in all people she meets. The desire to be more active, to lose weight, to gain muscle, to eat healthier, to put it simply, to overcome whatever obstacles you face that keep you stationary in your health journey. Because that is exactly what it is, a journey, not a destination. You have to FOCUS on the CHANGE to get the results, you can’t focus on the results and expect change. She earned her Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition (UC) and her Culinary Arts Certificate (MCI).

Johnny Pasquale, Newport Fitness

Johnny’s passion to help others started while playing baseball at Northern Kentucky University and Mount St. Joseph College. After graduating college, his drive lead him to earn his CrossFit level 1 certification and begin personal training. As a coach, he enjoys creating an environment where others succeed.  He has a strong commitment and drive to help others be the best they can be!

Emily Wagner, Newport Fitness

Emily is the owner of Newport Fitness and NewCov CrossFit. She has been training clients for nine years from ages 3 to 80+. She is able to create a custom routine that caters to your personal abilities and goals. She also specializes in weight training and Olympic Lifting for the more advanced athletes looking for a strength and conditioning program.
