Class Types & Other Services

CrossFit is an extremely efficient, high-intensity, total body workout that incorporates strength, cardio and bodyweight movements every single day. It is constantly varied so you never get bored! What you do in normally 2 hours at a regular gym, you will accomplish in just one hour with even better results!

NOTE: We do require 2 FREE Beginner CrossFit Private Sessions prior to doing your first CrossFit Class.  

Fitcamp is a bootcamp style workout incorporating kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, various types of cardio, bodyweight movements mixed in with A LOT of fun!

​

Our head instructor designs to the workouts to be FUN with stories, themes, member highlights all while keeping the workouts challenge and different every single day!

ALL ABILITY LEVELS WELCOME!

This class begins with accessory work focused on helping to tone muscles and strengthen your core. Then finishes up with a high-intensity workout similar to our CrossFit workout of the day but is designed to be accessible to everyone! If you are a newbie, jump right in - we help you scale according to your ability level! If you are an experienced CrossFitter, come on over- we have advanced versions for you!

Boxing Bootcamp is one hour of energy! This class is welcome to all ability levels - no boxing experience required. Boxing gloves provided.

The class is a mix of boxing bag work, strength, bodyweight movements and mitt work with

an experienced trainer.

Weights at Gym

Em's FitFest is the only adult class we offer on Wednesdays and it is a fun, challenging workout. All styles of classes at the gym come together to do a  long workout together that combines strength, bodyweight and cardio movements. Come sweat it out with your fellow members! All ability levels welcome. 

We offer 3 classes every Wednesday for our Kids! 

 

The younger kids (Age 2-4) will participate in fun obstacle courses, silly songs that get them moving and basic exercise skill learning.

5PM - 5:45PM

​

Age 5-8 will start to learn more technical skills using light dumbbells and kettle bells and bodyweight movements. Every class concludes with a fun workout game!

5PM - 6PM

​

Age 9 -19 learn the same skills and lifts our adults do using barbells, kettle bells and dumbbells with a mix of cardio, bodyweight movements and of course Kids Class Fun!

6PM - 7PM

Pair up with one of our experienced personal trainers! Our speciality is creating efficient style workouts to maximize your results within a short period of time. We customize the workouts according to your ability level and personal goals. 

We offer child care during select class times. We have

dedicated child care staff. We accept children as young as

6 weeks old.

Wednesday: 9:30AM - 10:30AM, 5PM - 7PM

Friday: 9:30AM - 10:30AM, 4:30PM - 6PM

Saturday: 9AM - 11:30AM

Sunday: 10AM - 11:30AM
