CrossFit is an extremely efficient, high-intensity, total body workout that incorporates strength, cardio and bodyweight movements every single day. It is constantly varied so you never get bored! What you do in normally 2 hours at a regular gym, you will accomplish in just one hour with even better results!

We know that CrossFit can be a bit intimidating at first, so we help you ease into the regular classes by first having you complete two FREE private beginner CrossFit Sessions with an experienced trainer. During the beginner sessions, we will teach you the fundamentals and technical skills of CrossFit. Keeping you safe and comfortable is our top priority!

NOTE:The two beginner sessions are required. Exceptions apply if transferring from another CrossFt gym.
