This class begins with accessory work focused on helping to tone muscles and strengthen your core. Then finishes up with a high-intensity workout similar to our CrossFit workout of the day but is designed to be accessible to everyone! If you are a newbie, jump right in; we help you scale according to your ability level! If you are an experienced CrossFitter, come on over- we have advanced versions for you!
