We offer 3 classes ever Wednesday for our Kids! 

 

The younger kids (Age 2-4) will participate in fun obstacle courses, sing silly songs that get them moving and basic exercise skill learning.

5PM - 5:45PM

​

Age 5-8 will start to learn more technical skills using light dumbbells and kettle bells and bodyweight movements. Every class concludes with a fun workout game!

5PM - 6PM

​

Age 9 -19 learn the same skills and lifts our adults do using barbells, kettle bells and dumbbells with a mix of cardio, bodyweight movements and of course Kids Class Fun!

6PM - 7PM
