How long have you been doing CrossFit? 

"A little less than a year."

"Wanted to switch up my workouts and implement more cardio into my workouts."

"Remember my thoughts after the first week were is my body is falling apart."

"Devils Press"

"Slow is smooth and smooth is fast."

"Jenna and Taylor - both were a huge help in teaching me the new movements/techniques involved with CrossFit. And still an huge help and great teachers!"
