We customize the workouts according to your ability level and personal goals. We offer traditional personal training as well as CrossFit personal training.

 

Traditional Personal Training 

Our traditional personal training sessions are 45-minute sessions catered to your ability and personal goals. ​

1 Session - $40/session

10 Sessions - $350

CrossFit Personal Training 

CrossFit personal training is designed to teach you the fundamentals pf CrossFIt, as well as technical weightlifting skills. The sessions are one-hour long. Each session begins with a learning portion and ends with a CrossFit workout that lets you practice what you learned.  The first TWO CrossFit sessions are FREE!
